Wrist yoga

I don’t know if I have arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome because my right hand is hurting and bothering me a lot these few days. I rubbed my hands, wrists, fingers and arms to minimize the tingling sensation. I was scared about carpal tunnel syndrome because my husband told me that if I have that kind of illness, then I won’t be able to use the keyboard anymore because it will hurt my wrist more. I researched online about how to test if a person has carpal tunnel syndrome and I followed those simple test and based on my test, it seemed like my symptoms doesn’t meet the carpal tunnel syndrome. Accordingly, if a person suffers from carpal tunnel syndrome, it will be hard for them to flex their wrists and they will experience the sharp pain between the wrist’s nerves, tingling and numbness sensation of the thumbs. So far when I flexed my wrists I don’t have any problem at all. However, the tingling and the little pain in my index and middle fingers are present.

Carpal tunnel syndrome – is associated with repetitive activities of the hand and wrist, particularly with a combination of forceful and repetitive activities. It produces a series of symptoms from mild to extreme. These symptoms worsen over time and patients that have been diagnosed with CTS experience numbness, tingling, or burning sensations in the thumb and fingers, particularly the index and middle fingers, which are innervated by the median nerve. Individuals also experience pain in the hands or wrists and some report to have lost gripping strength. Pain also develops in the arm and shoulder and swelling of the hand, which increases at night.

I even went youtube and searched about carpal tunnel syndrome videos and I found a lot of information about it. I also watched the wrist yoga and home therapy to ensure the normal blood flow circulation in my hands. After I did the wrist yoga and therapy I felt a little better. The tingling went away but it triggers whenever I start using the keyboard. I might have developed a mild case of carpal tunnel syndrome. It scares me though. I need to continue my wrist exercise to avoid making it worse.

America’s Sweetheart Jennifer Aniston

The article written by Landon Gilbert

Since Jenifer Aniston appeared on the first episode of Friends in 1994, I have been a huge fan. I love the character Rachael portrayed by Aniston, who always gave a perfect performance for 10 years on the popular sitcom.

Jennifer Aniston was born in 1969 and has grown up in the acting realm with her parents John Aniston and Nancy Dow who were also actors. Aniston worked a multitude of part-time job while waiting for her big break which came with Friends. She was employed as a telemarketer, bike messenger and even every actor’s favorite a waitress.

Aniston’s early work included Off Broadway in the productions of “For Dear Life” and “Dancing on Checker’s Grave.” She then moved to Hollywood in 1990 to star in her first television series called “Molloy” and “Camp Cucamonga.” Unfortunately the series didn’t’ last long and she attempted two other series including “The Edge” and “Muddling Through” which also had a brief life.

Aniston was actually considering giving up acting, then she auditioned for “Friends” and her life was altered forever. She went on to be one of the most beloved characters in sitcom history, and a very flourishing movie actress with numerous hits under her hat.

I thought I had seen all of Aniston’s movies and TV shows until one night while flipping through the Cable TV channels. I came across a movie called “Leprechaun” which Aniston had appeared in back in 1992. I can tell you this although the movie was not of the worst movies I had ever seen, Jennifer Aniston gave a great performance.
