If you go shopping in the store, what would you be looking for when it comes to customer satisfaction? No doubt many of you will say affordability of the merchandise and well-mannered associates. I normally recommend my friends and family to a certain store when I know they will get the best service they can get. I actually learned a story about the STAPLE store’s success and who is behind their success. Do you know that marty hanaka plays a very big role in the Staple store success? Ever since he was hired to become the President of the Staple Company a lot of things have changed, from management to efficient customer service, which gave motivation to employees to work and do better when giving service to their customers.

  1. If a store has great customer service, I will be a loyal shopper. I have quit one of my favorite stores recently because the service has went downhill. Maybe I will try back again in the future, but as for now, I will be doing my shopping elsewhere! :)

  2. Availability of the product at an affordable price is my number one concern. I don’t care if the people that work there are not friendly. However, in most of my shopping experiences here, panalo naman yung customer service and satisfaction guarantee nila.

  5. I am a sucker of Customer Service as I myself have worked in a customer service related industry. One great success in sustaining a business apart from great product is great customer service!
