Not all moving companies are the same

When I think about the process of moving from one place to another, it makes me cringe because I have to think about all the time I have to spend moving all the rooms full of furniture and it’s down a large flight of stairs. That doesn’t even include all the time having to pack everything and put it in boxes. I always thought about hiring someone to do the moving for me since it would make it much easier on me and my husband. I found all kinds of moving companies online but the one that really stuck out in my mind was at http://www.meatheadmovers.com/Movers/San-Diego-County.aspx. I experienced moving to another apartment and it was hard because I was 8 months pregnant at that time. Just imagine what and how I went through with my big belly sticking out. Gladly, we have some friends who helped us out.

They are called meathead movers and what’s really unique about this moving company is that they are giving back to the local community in countless ways. What a great idea. I live somewhere in Chula Vista and I checked their website to see if they have an office near us. Guess what? They do have an office in Chula Vista, which is cool. Who knows, we might need their service in the future at least I know where to go and what to expect from them.

Hoarders, a reality TV series show

My favorite show is any of the reality TV series show that’s been aired on A&E or TLC. Hoarder is one of the realities TV shows that I usually watched with my husband. I feel bad for these people who love to hoard stuff because they’re sick. They can’t let go of their stuff because they think it keeps them safe. One of the hoarding interventions that were shown was an old lady from Chicago. Her family didn’t want to visit her because she just doesn’t want to listen to her children to get rid of her stuff and make some healthy room for herself if not for her children. The intervention sometimes takes time and a lot of efforts from both side (hoarder and her family and to those people who were willing to help her clean the house).

The trucks that usually come to pick up the stuff were from 1800gotjunk Company. So anyway, they hired the Appliance Removal Chicago to help the hoarder remove all kinds of junks in her house. It took them at least 3 days to finally clear the rooms and it took them several trucks to load her stuff. That’s how much she accumulated in her house with all kinds of unnecessary stuff. If she didn’t do it as soon as the intervention team had arrived, she could probably lose her house and her family.
